sunset cruise private charter Booking Confirmation Process. All bookings must be confirmed minimum 1 day
prior to the private Charter in order for it to proceed.
50% payment is to be made when booking a charter (credit card or bank transfer)
50% Payment balance 24 h. before boarding day.
All Other booking be confirmed minimum 48h prior departure by making full payment.
Accepted forms of payment:
Bank Transfer (All bank charge paid by sender)
Credit Card Payment (3% surcharge)
Cancellation
We have a strict no-show/no refund policy,
We'll attempt to contact you if you're not at the pickup location but if you miss the boat.
Your payment will be forfeit and no refund for any lost day will be given
(100% of charter cost may be charged, at our discretion).
Rescheduling requests must be made within the following timeframes to avoid
forfeiture of payments. Minimum requirement is 14 days notice prior to charter date.
We will make every attempt to re-schedule a booking in the event a charter needs to
be rescheduled, but new schedule will depend on boat availability.
(In case of non possible new schedule your down payment will be forfeit.)
Charter cancellation due to bad weather conditions (thunderstorms, combined wind and
swell conditions), your trip will be rescheduled to a date/time that is convenient for
both parties.
The Charter will continue in light rain / showers - customers are advised to wear
appropriate wet weather gear. The vessel has extensive roof/awning cover to get you
out of the rain.
In the case were cancellations DO NOT meet the above guidelines, we reserve the right
to refuse refund.
Make sure the mobile number provided is contactable the evening prior to
the charter date as we may need to contact you if the trip needs to be
rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions.
The Captain reserves the right to deny boarding of the vessel if you are deemed
intoxicated or under the influence of other substances.
No refund will be provided.
Loss/Damage of Property
Fishing Rods & reels: You loose it / you pay for it. If you loose a fishing rod &
reel over the side of the boat or the rod/reel breaks under negligent use -
the client responsible is liable for the total cost of replacing the damaged or
lost property.
Vessel Damage: The client responsible for damaging the vessel is responsible
for paying the overall cost of repair. Any lost of personal items will not be refund.
